Thank you so much, Chocolate Charlie! I am still over the moon about the goat milk fudge, and your pie will lift me even higher. So, if you don't hear from me any time soon, that's where I'll be... but I won't go hungry and my goat trauma is but a distant memory. ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Make a Graham Cracker crust...if you don't know how to do that see almost any on-line recipe site.. For the filling: chop up two sqaures of un-sweetened baker's chocolate..I use a food processor for this... a large sauce pan stir the chocolate, about 1/3 cup of flour, 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt into 2 cups whole milk..stir it constantly with a wire whisk over medium will thicken as it approaches a boil..just as it boils stir in one well-beaten egg and cook for another half minute, still stirring like crazy ...remove from heat and stir in a teaspon of vanilla...pour into the piecrust and may add whip cream when serving but be warned that this may cause your guests to swoon from ecstasy, pass out, and tumble from their chairs, resulting in posible injuries to themselves or others...
