Being a lover of old old movies, I first heard Jeepers Creepers sung by Satchmo. Louis Armstrong Jeepers Creepers lyrics: Jeepers, creepers....where'd ya get them peepers Jeepers, creepers...where'd ya get those eyes Gosh oh, git'd they get so lit up Gosh oh, gee'd they get that size Golly gee...When you turn them heaters on Woe is to put my cheaters on Jeepers, creepers....where'd ya get them peepers Oh, those they hypnotize Jeepers, creepers....where'd ya get them peepers Oh, those they hypnotize Where did ya get those Golly where'd ya get those Where did ya get them there eyes Armstrong played a character called Gabriel, the trainer of a race horse named Jeepers Creepers, in a 1938 film Going Places. Gabriel had written the song for Jeepers Creepers, a very wild horse that could only be soothed enough to let someone ride him when Gabriel played the song on his trumpet or sang it to him.

Yes, oh yes, from two different eras. First from a commercial in the late sixties/early seventies. May have been a Ray Ban commercial. And in the early nineties from a song called Peek a Boo from a band called Siouxsie and the Banshees.
