a white animal with blue eyes is called leucistic. It is not an albino which have red eyes.

I don't know what type of snake it is but this is an interesting picture. It appears to be albino which should have RED eyes. The fact that it has blue pigment in the eyes means that is not albino and is white by trait. Odd.

Beautiful. It's clearly a pit viper, but would you know specifically what species it is?
