It's also Photoshop. The front of the helmet has been rolled too far upward to fit the tortoise's neck. It looks like a M35 because of the lower back, and I can't imagine anyone would ruin a 200-300 dollar collectible to make it fit tortoise.
It's pretty funny, though...
