I wonder if pizdaus could detect that a submitted image file is an exact match to a previously submitted picture (using checksums), and then transfer the submission to a vote for the old photo. It wouldn't catch slight variations on the same picture (different sizes or added logos) but it would catch a lot of the duplication we're getting...
