Thanks! – The Finns eat a lot of fish since we have 187,888 lakes that larger than 5 acres (the largest lake is Lake Saimaa, approx. 4,400 square kilometres) and then of course we have the Gulf of Finland (the easternmost arm of the Baltic Sea) in the south and the Gulf of Bothnia (the northernmost arm of the Baltic Sea) in the east. I can see that the sauce has chanterelles in it, very delicious wild mushroom (fungus, actually) that was in short supply this year on account of our very hot and dry summer.
