Yes, all his barbies went up in smoke!! :) no actually he had a treehouse, but knowing the comics around here, this story will probably get stranger!

We were too poor to have toys, so my siblings and I made our own toys and fun...using what was in our environment/nature...treehouses, raft to go down the slough with, and stilts to walk. Trees were my mountains to climb, sand hills were my ski slopes to tumble down...derriere first. One cow, was my doll. For shade, I would lie under her and she would not budge as long as I was there. She knew what time school was out and would be waiting for us at the fence. We were welcomed back with a 'cow kiss'. Do you know what it's like to be licked by a cow? Think sandpaper. Those were the simple uncomplicated days.

I'm getting confused here. Did the boy have a treehouse or a dollhouse???

I always wanted one, but being a girl, all I got was a dollhouse, the boy across the street had one, and he managed to set it on fire!:)

This would have been way way way beyond my wildest imaginations.
