I will try to find out for you where this place is and if successful, will let you know. How wonderful for you as well that you could stay in such a beautiful place... :)
Is this the La Grande Francia hotel in Managua, Nicaragua? It certainly looks like it could be. The La Grande Francia is right one corner of the central square in Granada and my stay their several years ago was incredibly nice. The long narrow indoor swimming pool very pleasant and refreshing.
