I come from a neutral country, and I don't think you have interpreted the picture correctly. I think the picture could also be seen as criticism against the US for their war in Iraq. You see, first the US went to Iraq, which turned quite bloody. Now, some "hawks" in the US are talking about invading Iran.
Another thing is that one of the main problems in the world today seems to be that many people immediately interprets everything they see as a personal insult against them. Don't.
