Lovely pic, PG! I love sparrows, especially these Tree Sparrows (Passer montanus), they have such a rich variation of browns in their plumage...

Many thanks, poppy. Glad you like the photo as you do. I think all sparrows are cute and beautiful.
I remember when I went to our botanic gardens here in Melbourne a few years back, they got stuck into the cream I had when I went for a devonshire tea at the cafe.
Of course, I'd already finished with the cream.
They looked so funny with cream all over their beaks. Wish I had taken a photo of it. Maybe next time, I will... :)
