Because it's close to Halloween, the cross at first looked a little ominous. Also, I'm not sure if it's sunset or sunrise, but I was thinking it was sunrise - the dawning of a new day, with the cross as a symbol of hope for a new day. In other words, one could interpret this photo in so many different ways.
