I think the central placement of the falls is attractive as it is unusual - waterfalls have been photographed at every angle now, yet I have not seen it this way before.
Oregon is a beautiful state with thousands of square miles of (sometimes) undisturbed forest. [sarcasm] This shot could just as well be New Jersey. [/sarcasm] The central placement of the falls is not attractive. The use of a slow shutter to get the water effect is best left to the pros. There is nothing special about the image.
