hey wbarnes, please don't confuse comments like that guys above. I think in this day and age we have enough sense to support the poor boys and girls thrown into these hellhole scenarios, without us supporting the "war". 24 hours under fire? I can't begin to imagine what that poor sod has gone through for dubyas dubious need for this war. I hate this war, but I'd do anything to help these kids who are in it.
As a Vietnam veteran, I came home to similar comments as the negative one's here. You have no idea how war burns in the soul of a veteran. It's been more than 30 years for me, and I still see the images of war. Please don't be so quick to quip about what this man stands for, is thinking or anything else about him unless you have been there. For those of you with positive comments, God bless you as well.

I remember reading a story on this guy last year this was the same photo they showed in the newspaper. it's not fake. The guy was on the roof of a building taking fire for like 24 hrs without sleep. He now suffers from post tramatic stress disorder.
