If this is real, the next time he hits a speed bump, and pothole or uneven pavement, he's going to leave some serious underside, suspension, exhaust or oil pan on the road. A serious "bottom-out" waiting to happen. It could also cause the trailer to lose control. Too low to be towed as a combination. No way.

This is definitely photoshopped, look at the line closely on the edge of the "trailer", it's much too jagged to not be.
