You're probably under the impresion that the wheel is a fake waterwheel, DD. In fact, there's another wheel on the opposite side of the little house ( which is a garden shed ) , enabling the gardener to move the shed from place to place as need requires. These little portable backyard buildings were very common in Europe beginning as early as the Late Middle Ages, when they were used to store rakes, hoes, sickles and scythes. They remain popuar in many countries today as storage for lawn mowers and weedeaters.

Can you say, Photoshop? If the building were real, it would make no sense. Total fake.
