Thanks! I don't know about doing a new one because this kind of pic takes a lot of time! Much more than the usual landscapes that I've done. But who knows, I may give it a try again sometime.

I had to add the flower to give the humming bird something to be doing. In the picture that I extracted the bird from the tip of his beak was missing so the flower helped hide that. You should give it a try, it isn't as hard as you might think. ;-)

This time, I believe you ;-) but in reference to lemon trees, I don't think that they have flowers and fruit at the same time. They cannot survive in my neck of the woods, but I have seen them where they do grow. - I used to grow tomatoes when I lived in the UK, and the plants produced endless flowers and fruit, all summer long... Beans and peas are plant seeds in the main, so if you can find exceptions to that rule, I'd be happy to know...

Okay: straight skinny, no leg-pullin'...Some plants do flower and bear fruit at the same time...don't know about citrus plants but tomato plants come in both determinant and indeterminant varieties..determinant plants flower and then bear all their fruit more or less at the same time..but if you want a plant that keeps flowering and bearing tomatoes all season long, ask your nursery man for an indeterminant type...and yes, a tomato is, botanically speaking, a fruit.. so are peas and beans...

I should have twigged onto the flower because how could the tree bear flowers and fruit at the same time. Slow on the uptake, poppy! ;-) One of these days, I will teach myself how to do what you're doing... it definitely looks like fun!
