photoshopped? You young whipper snappers don't remember the day when coloured contacts did the same trick. Back in my day, models and the like used to keep these coloured discs called "contact lense" and they'd shove them in their eye before a photo shoot! I know you newfangled youngsters won't believe it , what with your photoshop and all, but that's the God's honest truth! We used to use plastic discs back in the day!
