It's not phototoshopped. I posted it (a much bigger version) a while back...gotten from an environment site. There was an article with the photo. If I remember it correctly, a helicopter picked his up.

I hope the guy on the deck is drown-proof. He looks so causal about it -- not even a life jacket. My vote is 'yes' - it's photoshopped.
