Patito is a liar - I've spent about an hour on Pixdaus in the last two weeks. I recognized that photo right away as having been already posted and that it's John Ford's Point. I searched and found it had been posted by comic book guy - took me a nanou second ;-) Like I said, it's a classic. Photos like that deserve to be re-posted...to be enjoyed by the newcomers on Pixdaus.

Comic book guy posted that photo originally, then Patito did. Patito complained that his was getting downvoted, yet it was a classic. I pointed out that it was probably because it was a repost. Now you repost it jujuba, and you get 29 votes. So maybe Patito was being picked on after all. Such excitement at Pixdaus ;-)

John Ford Point is named after western film director John Ford who used this spot as a camera location for many of his films and especially the acclaimed 'The Searchers' that starred John Wayne. This location, Monument Valley, is in NE Arizona in the US. The Navajo Indian Reservation occupies a large portion of Monument Valley. To call this a Navajo Tribal Park is not correct, but this terminology probably resulted in translations.
