Fried squirrel and gravy is some mighty good eatin if it isn't a rank old bull squirrel. Cut it up, roll in flour and fry it like a chicken till it's good and brown, then add water, put a lid on the pot, turn the fire down and simmer it about 30 or 40 minutes. Hot biscuits go real good with it.
