I had the pleasure to visit Greek monasteries and it is unbelievable how colorful some of the rooms and ceilings are, often intensified by the light coming through small windows. I have also seen some beautiful mosqs, with the difference that Muslims don't display persons but what impresses me foremost are these gorgeous colors!
