Thanks for the eggcorn, Greg! I had never heard of it before. I've been out of an English-speaking country for too long! Eggcorn goes nicely with other language 'bloopers' such as malapropisms and spoonerisms. My acorns will be eggcorns from now on...

Funny label, plainview! For the non-English speakers, the original saying is "Home is where the hearth [fireplace] is" or, alternately, "Home is where the heart is". Since both of these sayings sound almost the same, each could be considered an eggcorn (Google that for a definition).
