Havasu falls is within the borders of the USA, in the state of Arizona. By treaty, Native American reservations are Sovereign lands, though in practice, the reservations are little more than ghettos where live the descendants of indigenous peoples that suffered what today would be considered genocide. Of course the Native Americans don't *have* to live on the reservations, America has gone out of it's way to accept these people, just as long as they assimilate well into the culture that destroyed the worlds they knew... Maybe that's why shrub had so much difficulty trying to explain what the word 'sovereign' meant at that press conference a few years back.

Havasu Falls is down in the Grand Canyon on land owned by the Havasupai indians. Its about an eight mile walk to the falls or you can take a mule or helicopter.

While this pic may have been 'shopped, I can assure you the waterfall in this pic is real. It's Havasu Falls in the Havasupai Indian Resercation.
