Tags: “posted by ebitary then gotinha then artemis" - Judging by the dates of the comments, Gotinha was the first one to post this pic in May 2008, then Artemis in August 2008, and Eibar’s appears to be the newest; just to get the record straight. Go to tags cloud and do a word search on ‘white shark’ and you’ll find them. Please do not add to a poster’s tags unless it gives info relevant to the picture content. Anything else should be said in the comments, openly, under one’s own nick.

OK. Now which way does a sharks tail go to propel it? That's right side to side. And which way does a whales tail have to go to propel it? Right again, up and down. Next. A black shark can be bought at your local tropical fish store and is only a few inches long. And not a several feet long as depicted here. So now we have a tail that goes side to side, and the creature appears to be several feet long. Anyone care to guess what it is we're looking at?

The last time this was posted it inspired a spirited whale or shark argument...wish I could remember for sure which side won !

The shape looks more like a killer whale than a great white or black shark.
