This picture isn't about the soldier, it isn't about the mom. This picture is about the tears on a little boy's face as he says good bye to his dad. He doesn't understand what is going on or why - all that he knows is that his dad is leaving for a year - which seems like a lifetime to this child right now. Until you have ever said goodbye to a Soldier, Marine, Sailor, or Airman - under any nation's flag - you will NEVER understand the emotion felt here, so all of you heartless SOB's just keep up your crude comments, and we will keep voting them down until they don't appear - as they are just as insignificant as you are in the grand scheme of things. My prayers go out to ANYONE serving in this war. It's hell, and they need our prayers to maintain their faith in the mission - and to maintain the moral stability to make sound decisions.
God Bless.
He's just crying because his father suddenly turned gay, minutes ago and is now hugging some random fat hobo promising him to do his best to have a baby with him. And the little boy is jealous because he found the hobo first. Can't you guys interprete a simple picture?
