It takes a certain kind of person to see this as beautiful. I agree that it is not only beautiful but fascinating as well, but can understand why not everyone would share that view.
Possibly, but I suspect that's not the reason. I think it's more likely that the low vote tally is because a photo like this is not perceived as beautiful.
