Thank you very much Esther Williams; you and Fred Astaire were fabulous in your day ;-) I've been there a couple of times; it's not far from where my friends live on Vancouv Island. Englishman River Falls Provincial Park has two waterfalls that go down into a deep canyon; the lower falls end in a deep crystal-clear pool – it’s a great swimming hole in summer when river levels are low, and also a great place to see spawning salmon in the fall. There is an old-growth and second-growth forest of Douglas fir, cedar, hemlock and maple. There are also trails that go through the forest...along the falls...great vista views.
