I dont think that is the Arizona, I think it might be the ward. If you look you can see that this boat is in a slip not a mooring area.

Actually, it never ceases to amaze me how much Americans start booing over Pearl Harbour. It was a military atoll FFS! It's not like the US had spend the 1920s stomping around the South Pacific bagging islands off Japan while she was otherwise engaged with China. Sneak thieves!
