Sometimes when a photo presents what appears to be a disconnect or a visual anomaly, before we start think "photo shop" we ought to ask ourselves what purpose it would serve to alter the photo ? Yes, there appears to be a difference between the areas above and below the bridge, but why would anyone want to alter a photo to create that effect? Note that the ground does appear to have a uniform rise in elevation from the vilage to the hillside above, and we know that villages do, in fact, end, and countryside begins. Possibly it is 'shopped, but if I had to bet money on it I'd bet it wasn't, mainly because I can't think of any good reason anyone would have done so.

To all appearances it is a nice piece of 'shopping.'
