A lot of your cyberspace 'friends' care about what you write Patito. You have a lot of support on this site, so never leave it.

Donald Duck is correct, but Donald Duck is not Patito. There are some people here with very limited imaginations and severely restricted senses of possibilities who asume that any comment or photo they can't definitely attribute to someone therefore MUST be Patito. Sorry DHL..that's just on more of the many things about which you are mistaken.

I looked again at your copy and mine to compare because they seemed different somewhat. It's the same when you compare the snow on the trees and on the ground...the time on the clock, etc. but it looks like Lady Raine changed the tone of the colours. Also, it would look different because when you crop, you remove part of the photo and it also brings everything forward. Unfortunately, kruhme has made a lot of his photos available for downloading only in smaller sizes. Too bad because he's a good choice to post Christmas theme photos.

Howdie...long time no hear. I'm surprised you did not remember this photo. I posted it in Dec 2008, but it came out black (too big). You commented that by clicking to see the bigger size the photo could be seen, and it was lovely. You suggested I try again...by again I failed. So, in Dec 2009 I cropped it and re-posted. It didn't look as good as he had it, but I did not know then how to shrink a photo via Paint. I went to re-post it this year, but kruhme no longer gave the option for a bigger size. It's small, and when I stretched it, it seemed to affect the depth of the colours...making it a bit unfocused. Anyways, it's Christmas Village, Vail, Colorado - by kruhme @ flickr. Lady Raine is a blog...so I guess she uploaded it from kruhme's site. This is not a criticism because you so very rarely re-post; I have certainly done so more than you...especially when I first started to upload 2 1/2 years ago.
