Nevermind, I been hitting the eggnog again! :) I found the Steampunk pic, and I guess this one was posted into yesterdays group....btw way great pic!

I'm confused about what's going on here with the pictures. I saved this pic along with a Steampunk pic to faves, and both pics were posted after, many of the pictures that are in the most popular pages, but if you start from the most popular page these pictures are no longer there...does anyone know why that would be?

Great picture. One item bothers me just a little and that is the land-water (horizontal) border is just about half way up the picture. I understand the desire to include as much reflection as possible but that unfortunately puts the horizon at 50%. If you had dropped it to 1/3 I think it would look even better than it is. Nice color and composition.

@ jujuba Coincidentally I had just found this the night before you posted yours. Strange, I thought. If I ever upgrade to a DSLR camera I will get out there and get my own. I did post a picture of the reservoir; which is about a half mile from the old mill. That was way back when I first found this site. Back when I thought this site was entirely different than what it really is. Oh well... Enjoy JS
