I have seen a picture of this car. The officer is issuing a speeding ticket to the driver of the fastest car on earth on the Great Salt Lake of Utah.
It shows the same markings on the side.
I am Italian and I can confirm that our police
doesn't have these kind of cars.
This is the only one sample and it's used only for special purposes (I think that once has been used for urgent transportation of blood from an hospital to anotherone).
