Lori Nix makes photographs of models and artificial landscapes, sometimes combining them with other images. Sometimes it's easy to tell that the subjects of her photos are small-scale versions of reality, and sometimes, as in the above photo, one isn't quite sure.

This image appears on over two dozen websites but I've been unable to find much information about it.
It is, however, included among the photographs in Eastman House's deluxe limited edition collection of prints, of which only twentyfive were produced,with a price upon release of $25,000.
