i hope you at least credit the photographers who took most of the picture you submitted. I'm from DeviantArt.com and i know most of the photos are from there. I want to call you a rip-off artist, but you did say most of the pictures from others creative photographers. atleast credit the artist on the picture details...... I begging for people who hv been riped off.

eh tone, these pictures, even if they don't say it on the photo themselves, ARE copyrighted, and you don't have the right to "give" them to others. my photo is of the double rainbow from the air. as someone else pointed out, at least you let people know they are someone else's work, not your own. but don't tell people they can have them just because you don't see a copyright covering the photo!

These are not "YOUR" photographs, they belong to the person who took them with their camera and are covered by copyright law, which you are breaking by stealing them.

Hi Tone,

I have a client who would love to use the photo of the cat/fish/baby photo for some of there promotional material. However looking at some of the other peoples comments, it would seem that a lot of the photographs are not owned by yourself. We cant be seen to be breaking copyright laws. Please confirm the status of the photo mentioned above, and whether it is available legally? thanks
